My name is Sandy Paul and I’m from Oak Lawn, Illinois. I own a business that I work from home – I am a Marketing Executive for Melaleuca The Wellness Company.Working from home can be a blessing and a challenge! For me, one of the greatest blessings is the flexibility it gives me for my family, but one of my great challenges is effectively managing my time.
As much as I try to make lists and calendar my time, I have still struggled to control the seemingly insurmountable number of tasks in all areas of my life. Every day I would feel like I was coming up short and failing to get things done.
It’s been a couple of month’s now that I have been attending Coach Alex’s Sales Coaching Workshop. He has given me tools for identifying my tasks and priorities and tracking them on a daily basis that is simple and very doable.
I am finding that I am more organized and effective and feel better about myself. The most important thing that I have gained is something that I didn’t even realize I was missing… and that is balance.
It’s only been a couple of months, and I’m still working at this, but I feel gradual and steady improvement happening and that’s the best kind for the long term. That’s the benefit of the consistent accountability that Coach Alex helps me with.
I can’t say enough about the benefits that I have gained from Coach Alex already and I am looking forward to working with him closely throughout 2012. My goal is to at least triple my sales over the next year, but I feel confident that I may even be able to accomplish that in 6 months.
